For help with Universe DMs – Crystal Ball, email support@universedms.com.

In the app, open “Your details & settings” and select “Feedback, ideas or a bug”. You can use email if you can’t sign in.

Delete your account

Open “Your details & settings”, choose “Delete account and data” and confirm. This removes the account, birth profile, reading history, saved messages and feedback. Resetting the app on your device only clears its local copy. Cancel an active subscription separately in your Apple Account. To disconnect Sign in with Apple, open iPhone Settings, tap your name → Sign in with Apple → Crystal Ball → Delete, then tap Stop Using. Your Universe DMs – Crystal Ball account is removed as soon as you confirm deletion in the app.

Universe DMs – Crystal Ball and universedms.com are run by x48 Paweł Utr, NIP 6922515980, ul. Olgi Boznańskiej 7, 59-300 Lubin, Poland, the controller of your personal data. For privacy requests, email support@universedms.com.

Your account and readings

Sign in with Apple supplies an identifier for your account. The app uses the date, birthplace and optional time of birth you enter to calculate your chart. Universe DMs – Crystal Ball stores your profile, questions, readings, saved messages and preferences so you can use them again. A question you keep in mind is never recorded or sent.

How messages are generated

Cloudflare hosts the service. With your permission, Universe DMs – Crystal Ball sends Anthropic selected chart calculations and reading context so it can write a response. This may include a submitted question and recent messages. The app does not send your name, email or original birth record to Anthropic as separate fields. Details you write in a question become part of its text.

Dictation

When you choose the microphone, ElevenLabs transcribes your recording. The Universe DMs – Crystal Ball server does not retain the audio after transcription. You can edit the resulting text before you send it as a question.

Notifications and purchases

If you turn notifications on, Universe DMs – Crystal Ball uses a device token, time zone, preferred hours and daily limit. Messages are delivered through Apple Push Notification service. Apple handles subscription payments. Universe DMs – Crystal Ball keeps the transaction identifiers, subscription status and credit records needed to provide your plan. It does not receive payment card details.

Feedback and support

An in-app report includes your category, message, app version, build and language. We use these to investigate the report. Birth details and private conversations are not attached automatically. When you email support, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We delete the conversation once it’s resolved, or after two years at the latest.

Legal bases and your choices

We process account, purchase and reading data to provide the service you request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Sharing with Anthropic for readings, dictation and notifications rely on your permission (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. We keep limited records to prevent repeated credit grants and resolve billing issues, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can stop using dictation, turn off notifications or delete your account from the app.

Service providers

Cloudflare (USA) hosts the service, stores account data and serves this page. To run and protect the service, it processes IP addresses for rate limiting and in short-lived logs, based on our legitimate interest. Anthropic (USA) writes readings and ElevenLabs (USA) transcribes dictation, both on our instructions. Neither keeps the data longer than its data processing terms allow. Apple provides Sign in with Apple, push notifications and payments. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Cloudflare, Apple) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Anthropic, ElevenLabs).

How long we keep data

Your account, birth profile, readings, saved messages, notification settings and feedback are kept until you delete your account. Dictated audio is not stored by Universe DMs – Crystal Ball. Limited records of credit grants, refunds and subscription transactions can remain after deletion, only as long as needed to prevent duplicate claims and resolve billing questions.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, a copy, correction, transfer or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw permission at any time. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

This website

universedms.com, including this page, is hosted on Cloudflare and sets no cookies. Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details in short-lived logs to deliver the site and keep it secure, based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)). To see how the site is used, we count page views, page exits and clicks on App Store links with PostHog, hosted in the EU. It runs without cookies or local storage, records no sessions, discards IP addresses and builds no visitor profiles. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f)). The app itself does not use PostHog.

Terms of use

Apple’s standard end user licence agreement applies to the iOS app.

Universe DMs – Crystal Ball provides astrology readings for personal reflection. You decide how to interpret a message and whether to act on it.

Crystal Ball Pro is an optional monthly or yearly subscription. Both plans provide a monthly allowance for questions and personal messages. One question uses four credits. Each scheduled personal message uses one credit and is saved in the inbox. Push alerts are optional and free. The price, billing period and credit allowance appear on the purchase screen before you confirm. Apple bills your Apple Account and renews the subscription automatically until you cancel.

Manage or cancel your plan in iPhone Settings under your name → Subscriptions. To recover an active plan, open “Credits and plans” in Universe DMs – Crystal Ball and select “Restore purchases”.
